Job Title: Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver – Part-Time

Schedule: Part-Time | Tuesday–Thursday | 5:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview
Marybelle Transportation Services is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and highly experienced Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver to join our team. This part-time position is ideal for a professional driver with strong NEMT experience who is committed to providing safe, respectful, and dignified transportation for seniors and individuals with disabilities.

The driver will be responsible for transporting both ambulatory and wheelchair passengers while delivering exceptional customer service rooted in kindness, professionalism, and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport ambulatory and wheelchair clients to and from doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, family gatherings, meetings, and other approved destinations
  • Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle, including proper wheelchair securement and mobility assistance
  • Provide courteous, patient-centered, and compassionate service at all times
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
  • Follow assigned routes, schedules, and dispatch instructions accurately
  • Complete trip logs, mileage records, and required documentation in a timely manner
  • Adhere to all company policies, HIPAA regulations, and state and local transportation laws

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the NEMT industry
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Proven experience transporting both ambulatory and wheelchair passengers
  • Knowledge of wheelchair securement systems and passenger safety procedures
  • Physical ability to assist passengers and secure mobility equipment as required
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Familiarity with Inland Empire medical facilities and service areas
  • Experience using electronic dispatch or trip management systems

Work Schedule
Tuesday through Thursday
5:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Consistent part-time hours
